I set my Photoshop Edit, Color settings RGB working space to Adobe RGB
(1998).  When I open a file I check "Leave as is (don't color manage)."  The
first screen of a PS CS Print with Preview shows a Document Source Space as
Adobe RGB (1998), and a Print Space Profile "Same as Source."
