I'm using the 1280 on a Windows machine, and I don't know if that makes any difference. I just followed Paul Roark's directions which call for working space of Adobe RGB (1998). Of course, you have to convert the greyscale file to RGB before applying the curve. I've been using primarily the neutral curve, although I've tried some of the others. You may need Paul's help to straighten this out, as he is aware of most of the pitfalls.
