Digital BW, The Print

It seems to me that the matte paper setting in the R220 print driver won't allow 2880 printing 
(called Photo RPM.)

I'd like to be able to use the 2880 setting (and the additional micro-weave setting) to reduce 
micro-banding.

When I've switched to one of the glossy settings to force the issue, the resolution part looks 
fine, but the tonal curve is off, esp. lightening all of the darkest gray values. (I've since 
confirmed this with density step wedges.)

I don't mind the longer print times, and would like the extra bit of quality on the prints. Any 
advice on this?
