A few days ago I posted a message saying my R220 wouldn't load 5x7 paper (it's rather heavy, it's Moab Kayenta). I tried spraying a sheet of watercolor paper with alcohol and another sheet with ammoniated window cleaner, and running those sheets through per suggestions from Art over in the Epson group. Tried the gentle 'nudge' on the top edge of the paper but then it would simply run through without printing anything. In fact, sometimes the paper would simply run through without my touching it. Other times, it will attempt to load, but after a few tries I get a 'paper not loaded correctly' message. What's strange is that the larger 8 1/2 x 11 standard letter size works fine. Oh, and I did cut some ordinary everyday computer paper down to 5 x 7 and that loaded ok. It's only the heavier paper in 5 x 7 that doesn't work. And I did try the heavy paper setting in the software as well, with no luck. Any tips would be most welcome, thank you!
