Yes, this is the toner, in the yellow position. It actually has about the same g/s reflective luminance as the light gray, magenta-position ink. So, the order of your inks sounds right. However, the magenta position should be close to the toner. It may look just a little lighter, but not much. I have heard of partial blocks that could affect the print tones and yet give a reasonable-looking nozzle check. What can happen, apparently, is that a little screen in the head (the last chance to catch junk before it gets to the nozzles) can become partially clogged.
