What ink are you using? I definitely see a differnce in Dmax between EEM and PhotoRag when using UltraChrome ink. I plan to try EVFA on Ron's recommendation.

I've printed on the wrong side of PhotoRag with PiezoTone ink and it results in a horrible looking image with poor Dmax. To test which side is printable, try the tongue test. If your tongue sticks, it is the printable side.

To add to the confusion or to clear it up: there's a double sided
Photorag called Photorag Duo. About 200 gr/m2 so not the heavier
quality.

AND, there's a 310gm duo version, this is the heavier quality!
Great stuff but very expensive....
