I can confirm that with PS 7.0 and OSX 10.2.6 and QTR + GIMP there
seems to be no way to print custom page sizes EXCEPT via the Preview
application -- problem with Preview is that it won't center the image
the same way PS7 does, so you basically have to save the image as
JPEG with the white border you want and then open it in Preview and
then print. Pain in the ass, but it works.
I was also told that it might be because I installed another
shareware app but I haven't investigated it further.
