Paper "catching" on 2200

Paper "catching" on 2200

2005-02-08 by njfranknj

I already posted to the 2200 list last week and didn't get a reply, so
I'm trying here.

The front left corner of 13x19 paper is catching on something on the
silver metal piece with the little wheels that's visible looking into
the printer from the top. It started happening with some light weight
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag and is now doing it with Primiere Art heavy: the
corner gets bent up slightly so it gets inked by the underside of the
printhead and something gouges the paper slightly, too. The problem is
right in the vicinity of the last roller, the white one.

Anybody know what's going on? How to fix?

Heavy paper is supposed to be loaded from the back. I don't know if
this is related to your issue. See the user guide for the 2200.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
