Thanks so much for the info. I have cleaned, purged, changed,
squirted, cussed, sucked, blown, sprayed, cycled...you name
it....spent megabucks and have a useless machine right now. This was
a NEW printer bought especially for the cone inks! The software
costs were outrageous. I went with the cone system for the WYSIWYG,
but now see that was not worth 300 bucks. The actual print driver
was not very versital...of course there is a new version...but 70
bucks to upgrade!! when I had just shelled out 300?? Needless to
say I have not had to kick myself twice. I will try to get my black
head cleared and go MIS. The folks at cone have been nice...I have
no complaint about that.
