I don't own a A132-4, but looking at http://www.doepfer.de/A100_pictures/a-132-4.jpg I can see that there are two black-and-grey capacitors direct aside the connector. The grey stripe on the capacitor marks the negative side. Now check on the solder side of the pcb to which end o

Thanks florian, the red stripe is the opposite way to how Id imagined- its supposed to be pointing to the board not the edge of the PCB. --- In Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com, Florian Anwander wrote: > > I don't own a A132-4, but looking at > http://www.doepfer.de/A100_pictures/a-1

So I realised the horizontal power header wasn't marked after removing the cable... Does anyone know which direction to attach the cable on the PCB for this module? I'm assuming the red stripe is parallel to the edge of the board (pointing to the text jp1 on the PCB) but could an

Hello everyone, I developed a diode cascode filter with 24db/Octave and lowpass function. Resonance is possible (sine wave). This vcf should be controlled with a linear ADSR. I want to know wheather you like it's sound! You can hear it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvKMRuH

All you need is a vco, vca, vcf and ADSR Very short attack and decay on the vca and lopass filter. I would use a square wave or almost distorted triangle. Rudy ________________________________ From: Ton Akveld To: Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, December 14, 2011 11

My recommendation is to use the single step to adjust each note of the sequence. Move the knob CW until the next semitone beyond the wanted tone is generated. Then turn the knob CCW until the semitone below the wanted tone is generated. Then turn the knob into the middle of these

I can see how interfaces benefit from an in-person demo, but even with those types of modules, actually hearing the A-198 being used to play some music with lots of portamento and tremolo in a sound clip does help to show off what it can do that you can't easily do with, say, a M
