I agree with Florian - a dedicated digital effects unit is very useful, and better quality can be had in an external unit. I have the a-199 Spring Reverb and have modded it with two front panel phono sockets so that I can easily change reverb tanks. I have mounted the stock tank

IMO, no comparison at all! the A199 Spring Reverb has a special quality totally different than the dsp reverbs. (and the A187 DSP) i like the A199 so much, that i have two and used them countless times in the last 10 years! definitely go for the A199! it will give you that metall

Hi Raul Here's how I see it. First: Modulation of the N CV will just vary the number of possibilities of the output voltages at N+1 and 2^N, not modulate the voltages themselves. At N=1 you have 2 possible voltages at the outputs. At N=6 you have 7 possible voltages at N+1 and 64

strange... usually modules use mono jack in and patching them with a stereo cable have no effect since there should be no connection (except for modules with a switch in the jack in to break normalled connection). i have my external mixer bringing the mono-signal to L and R speak
