I've tried using some air and blowing into it, but it didn't improve. i also tried formatting the only disk i've got, but it didn't help.

I'll give it a go with an HD disk, I'm sure i've got one lying about.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
