Hello Tim,

Here are the information you requested. I made two pictures of my
Adaptec 4000A and of my XT-2190 hard-disk. You will find them on

Please notice that my Adaptec board is setup with a SCSI ID = 2 with
the jumper C-D set on J5.

I've also included the Adaptec 4000A documentation I did found on the
web. The quality is poor, but it's better that nothing.
