Hi all, does anybody have the pinouts to wire a cable from the 9 pin d-sub output on the rear of the CMI III music keyboard to a standard midi 5 pin din?, any help would be great. thanks

Hi Tony. Connections as follows: 9-pin 2 to DIN pin 4 (MIDI+) 9-pin 4 to DIN 5 (MIDI-) 9-pin 5 to DIN 2 (Ground). Use screened (mic) cable. Keep the lead less than 10 metres! Hope this helps, Peter Horizontal Productions in sunny Sydney --- In Fairlight-CMI@yahoogroups.com, linear226@... wrote:
