Hi Joe, just a quick idea, but try recording guitar, sans click, then record the bass to that, 
after you have built the bones of the track, tempo/beat map to the tempo (easiest if you 
have pro7, but still possible otherwise, just a bit awkward). Now add the drums, see what 
happens!
