I totally think it's Leopard. My first solution would be to move back to Tiger and see what happens. I haven't tried Leopard yet, but have heard of many glitches using it. That's definitely cheaper than getting a G5 or new interface, and is the only real difference between our setups. No way the mini is too small. These intel machines are so overpowered it's ridiculous. I have an iMac with original Core Duo, and it runs everything I throw at it. Switch back to Tiger immediately and I'll bet your probs go away.
