Transpose Whole Song?

2008-07-08 by Gregory Anderson

I'm trying to work with the global chord and transposition tracks,
which is a new and frustrating paradigm shift for me. I finally put
together a whole song in Gm, with all my midi tracks set to No
Transpose, and all the chords entered correctly in the Chord track,
and copied onto my "lead sheet" midi region.

I now want to move the whole song down one semi-tone to F#m. Before
the days of a global chord track, I could just transpose the midi
track where I had entered the chords, and all was good. But now when
I transpose the right midi track, the notes transpose but the chords
stay the same. The manual says that you can select multiple chord or
transposition events for dragging, but I can only do that by shift-
clicking on every single chord in the song. Is there a global
transpose feature somewhere in this program?

Thanks,

Gregory
