I had high hopes for that chord track, but now I stay clear of it. So I'm 
sorry I can't answer your question directly.

I prefer old skool transpose by selecting all regions, de-selecting any drum 
tracks, then opening the matrix window and zooming way out, click on a region 
with no notes to show all notes. Then select all and nudge up or down using 
keycommands (or the mouse).
