The Woggle is originally a Grant Richter (of Wiard) design originally, I think the Heisenberg and the Doepfer 149-1 are closer to the SOU. The 149-1 has 4 CV outs to pick from, but needs an external clock. The Heisenberg has it's own quantized random output from an internal clock
