QTR-Quadtone RIP

After installing Mac 10.6.8 and the new version 2.72 of QTR, I continue to get a print error on 13 x 19 paper size, saying the "image size 964 x..." not valid.

I deleted all the print drivers in my system, shut down the Mac for a day, restarted, and reinstalled both the Epson r2400 driver and the new version of QTR.

The Epson driver works fine printing the 13 x19 size, but QTR keeps giving me this "image size not valid" message.

I have no presets.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this error message, whether they have encountered this problem or not?
