QTR-Quadtone RIP

every time I try to import an image to print, I get the message - Error 
setting path,  F/... - this then refers to the last image printed.  
Since making that print I have moved the corresponding file to a 
different folder.
I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading, but the settings always 
reappear as they were before uninstalling.
I am using Windows 2000 and downloaded Quadtone RIP 2.4.3.10 a week 
ago.  Grateful of any suggestions please!  Very frustrating not being 
able to print!!  Diana

I have managed to fix the problem.  I re-booted my computer after un-
installing and then again after re-installing and did not get the error 
message.  Will I have the same problem every time I move a file to a 
new location after printing it, please? Thanks, Diana
