Over here in the UK, early forced retirement means I am fiscally challenged. EAM is much cheaper than EEM and I have read somewhere they are the same. Is this so? Can I use the EEM QTR curves for a 1400 with UT14 (as found on this group) on EAM and get similar results? Many thanks in advance. Dick

Hi, they are basically the same, though a pro printer acquaintance thinks there is a marginal difference in the surface texture - but I didn't see a difference personally when I was using them. They don't hold heavy ink loads in the shadows too well, and can look a bit blotchy under close inspection in such areas. I'm also on a budget and have used PremierArt in preference to Epson's cheap papers. Red River papers can be good value, too. EEM is the same as EAM as far as I can tell. The same profiles work.
