I use the P3 like a keyboard, playing it into Protools 7, where midi
is recorded, then bussed to the modular. This way, I can integrate
midi from several sequencers and add editted and screen entered data
(such as really long cutoff filter mod data) - transposing and
manipulating the whole session.

I have mostly Kenton convertors (Pro ones, Pro 2, Pro 2000) and a
Frostwave (which is either 4 channel or a single channel with 8 cv
outs).
