Well, although I use Logic daily it's not something I've thought of 
adding Cirklon to - except to drive a few multitimbral instruments such 
as Omnisphere (and then only really as an experiment). I seem to recall 
finding this stuff easier with Cubase actually but as long as Logic lets 
you select an input for each track I don't see the problem. Is there 
anything specific I could try out for you?
