Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi Pieter,
              I recently got a bcr2000 and have exactly the same problem with loading syx presets. I have a mac which means I don't have much software to use. My bcd will not respond to anything sending to it with USB.  I can't get any led feedback, can't update the firmware (1.10 already) and can't upload any presets. I have tried with a my laptop on osx an acer with vista and my iPad, it ignores all USB in. Any help would be much appreciated, is it common for these devices to have a USB fault? I can update it with midi but I bought it for use as a USB device. Sorry I haven't helped, but I wanted to add I have the same problems with it. Fingers crossed,
