Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi, everybody

I would be glad to hear about your experiences.
I want to use these two controllers under windows 7 x64.
First, i can't install last updated driver v1213 on this system. The installer says that this version of Windows is not supported. It seems to be a matter of 32bits driver that can't be installed on a x64 system.
However, my BCF is automatically recognized in Reaper and works fine with it in MCU mode, though i didn't install any driver for it. But my BCR can't be recognized at all. And i can't do anything about that.
Is it a matter of MCU or not MCU mode that can explain this ?
I heard some people say their BCRs are recognized automatically on a windows 7 x64.

Do any of you have ideas about what is really possible on such a system and what there is to be done to make both controllers work on my x64 W7 ?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

you could feed your BCR with one of the MCU presets and watch, if Reaper 
does recognize it, too.

Thank you Sunrider, but this doesn't sound relevant to me. Do you mean 
that i should take presets from the BCF in Mackie Mode to feed the BCR ?
How will i feed the bcr without any driver installed ? ok, let's admit i 
use a midi connection to do that. Presets from the BCF must be quite 
different from BCR presets. So what's the use ?
And how can i get a preset out of the BCF in MCU mode ?
I know how to exctract presets from the BCF in B-control mode but not in 
Mackie mode. How do you do that ?
