It sounds like you're doing everything right, so: let me see your
measurements, and we can take it from there via email!

Use the File:Open Data command in Spyder3Print to open the folder that
contains the measurement files; they're all small text files with .xml
extensions.

Attach your measurement file(s) to an email to me at davem@...
and I'll look at them later today.
