Diane, Let me clear up one point you may be confused about. This group (disklavier@egroups.com) is not DUG! It is a private group that I set up last November. Virtually all of our members are or were members of DUG as well. The "official" Yamaha sponsored DUG group has the email address dug@... . When you see [disklavier] in the subject line, it came from this group. You can also look at the "to" field of your e-mail to see where it came from. Generally people on both groups are very generous in helping beginners when asked. Just ignore the high-tech messages by deleting them.
