Hi,
Yes all sensors are fitted correctly including the peels. I have not opened
the pedal covers to see whether the inner solenoids are damaged or whether
any wires are lose etc. Will check that and let you know. All sensor
connections have been checked and re checked and contacts cleaned with
contact spray and refitted.
The piano was attacked my white ants (termites) when I bought it. It was in
pretty bad shape but most of the electronics were un harmed except the
keyboard sensor. I had to remove it and have it cleaned and as I said before
it looks like all the LED look alike optical cables are working as I can
see the red glow through the keys. When the keyboard was hand cut, the old
shutters from the damaged keyboard was fitted and the shutters go through
the windows of the keyboard optical sensor as they should be.
Thanks and regards
Budds
