Well, so much for waiting. I've received more excuses, but no product, and it is now a full ten weeks since my most recent order. I still hesitate to name the vendor, since this is such a small community, and I fear a backlash, but I am at my wit's end. Excuse follows excuse following total silence following excuses... This time around, the delivery was supposed to have been this week. Well, it's Saturday, and no shipment has been initiated. As for the web page displaying items in stock, the excuse was that the software was faulty. If that is the case, perhaps a different software should be utilized? Just a suggestion. I've now made several phone calls (with no answer), left one message (with no response), and sent multiple emails, most of which were not answered; those that were simply put off shipment because of job and home responsibilities. This was accompanied by a claim that responses had been sent, but I had not received them. I've scoured my spam folders, and can guarantee that there is nothing remotely related contained therein. Is it time for BBB and the Attorney General's office?
