I know it seems like a long time and feel your pain, but unfortunately for a lot of these modular synth manufacturers and even some suppliers, a 2 to 3 month wait is not uncommon. :-( Worst case scenarios are that people NEVER got product they paid for or never had something returned that they had sent in for repair and the company disappeared. Next worse case is that people have waited two to three years or more. . . . But even though there can be extremely long waits some times, most people eventually get what they ordered or get their money back. And while emotionally attacking a vendor usually leads to more unhappiness all around than good (I've lost it myself a time or two) I think no one can fault you for calmly stating the facts. It helps potential buyers make better informed decisions. Like state the company name, what you ordered, when you sent inquiries, when you received responses and when you finally received the item or a refund etc. Hang in there and best of luck!
