curiouser and curiouser.  i know that i've enabled sync out because a) i did it ;) and
b) midi monitor, DP and everything see the clock itself.  i'm just not getting the
start/stop/continue commands.  is there a new setting to configure in os 1.19 to
transmit those?

i'm reluctant to blame the interface or my programs, because 1.12 actually works.

well, at least i'm in the minority, now.  time to laod up 1.19 again and see what we
can see.
