replacing power supply with one purchased from epr

replacing power supply with one purchased from epr

I cannot find a spot to hook up the voltage selector wires on this new power supply i just purchased from eps...everything is hooked up otherwise in their proper spot but these two wire locations seem to have no home!?

any help would be greatly appreciated

just put the 2 spades together and tape 

they are not needed as the emax2 psu version was switchmode and auto sensing circuits for 110vac and 220-240vac

where as the emax version 1 psu had a switching transformer that could put the 110 dual inputs into series to make a 240 circuit via the switch on the back thats what the 2 red wires are for

they arnt needed and dont have any electrical connection on the new psu

I actually have a emax 1 ...so those are not needed at all for the new ps on the emax 1 either?  i tried pluggin it in and its not working properly..some rapid flashing and hmming, no fuse blown though.

You probably have one of the two AC not connecting well- that can cause that behavior....

thanks- yeah i dunno...my blue and brown power cables seem to be solid as does my ground and pins...its not working at all....just squealing and lighting a few buttons up dimly...strange..can't figure it out i have a call in to epr we'll see i guess.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
