Yes, possible.  In Arrange make sure you have *no* sequences 
selected.  Then in the parameter pane (left side of window) turn on 
the Quantize parameter (the same one you would use on a sequence). 
Now play/record whatever and everything will be quantized on input. 
Don't forget to switch this back off -- can be a nasty one when it 
happens while you don't want and/or expect it.
