If you run the installer from the CD, everything should be installed 
in the proper location automatically...

The instrument files (small ones, ending in .exs in this case) should 
go in the Sampelr Instruments folder in the Logic application folder. 
The samples themselves can reside anywhere on your system.  After 
installation, run the Project Manager, select the exs files, and pick 
the command "fix unresolved references" (or whatever it's exact name 
is) to 'fix' the .exs files so they point at the proper samples.
