OK, I'll start. I've gone through all the converted patches in the London Orchestral Percussion library and made mostly minor adjustments in volume, voice allotment, release times and names to make them all recognizable and workable in EXS24. I turned on one-shot mode for several of the snare samples as well. If anybody has this library and is interested in the files, they can be downloaded from: http://www.oregonsound.com/downloads/LOP%20EXS%20Files/ The initial conversions were done using EXS24's internal converter, and of course the .wav files can be placed anywhere. The modwheel release or crossfade features mentioned in the sketchy manual for the suspended cymbal, crash cymbal, chimes and snare patches weren't there or didn't work properly, even when I tried CDXtract and Translator conversions. Several instruments are crying out for merged versions, which I'll post when (or if) I get to them. Feel free to contact me on or off list with any questions or comments. Now I need to tackle Garritan Orchestral Strings, and am hoping someone has already perfected that behemoth for EXS! (and is willing to share some files)
