I was afraid something like this might be the case. I wasn't aware of the variety of Akai formats. The S5000 .akp with wavs are what I have. The samples are of vintage keyboards, synths, and other instruments from http://www.hollowsun.com/vintage/index.html. The sound very cool. Maybe someone with one of the converter apps can convert them and share the EXS instrument files... Anyone interested? Matthew
