Er... I'm sure I tried this, yesterday when it was suggested and it didn't
work. NOW it is working, however. That is the link button in the
Cmmnd-Opt-Dbl-Click will work if you double-click on an instrument's strip!

So now, I have the one window that will show any instrument I double-click
on. It aint a single-click, but I can easily live with it. It even changes
to the EVB3 or whatever if you double-click on a track strip with a
different instrument instantiated! Sweet! :-)

Thanks guys! This shortens my bitch list about the audio instruments a
bunch! But, not all, however.
