I think that it is worth it to have EXS Manager.  Project Manager is so 
slow that I can't stand it.  I have a lot of samples, both legal 3rd 
party sample libraries and a bunch of my own custom sample libs, and it 
was so painful to have Project Manager go through them all.  What took 
hours to do with PM, only took a couple of minutes (this is *not* an 
exaggeration).
