Surprised it's not been mentioned but for drum replacing, Logic does an 
excellent job and has done for years. "Audio To Midi Groove Template" 
it's called and you'll find it in the sample editor. It will do whole 
tracks of drum recording if you like. Particularly useful if you want 
to replace a snare in a live drum recording.
