Hi Steven

I t basically means "economy" whereas the normal sample sets are "business class", if you 
like ;-). If you are running short of resources, and the ECO version is adequate for your 
needs, than it can be of help in a situation wherre a full sample set might cause memory 
or "disk too slow" problems etc.
