I can't believe I have to say this: you can't play audio _before_ it is triggered. We were talking about live usage of an instrument such as a sampler. Yes, once it's in the sequencer and the machine can look ahead, no problem and actually that's when I think the original idea of recognising the anchor points in the samplers works and makes sense. Perhaps my limited brain just doesn't get it. Cheers Hans
