Actually,  as I recall, emagic's copyright limitations only allow
installation on one machine period; not just one machine operating at a
time. However,  (on the LAMP version anyways) you only need the disk for
regular re-authorizations, not every time. Although that may be different on
the stand alone version of EXS; after all, there is the added dongle
protection of Logic.

Either way, packing around a CD is a small inconvenience compared to what
you get for it.
