I've heard a few people talk about how Gigasample supports "3D" instruments, ie instruments with different articulations.. And a few people had said they sure wished EXS24 had support for multiple articulations... Wouldn't this be the way to do it? Or I guess maybe Gigasamplers way of doing this is a little more elegant? I.e. if the notes are spread out over 10 octaves, in Logic Audio the midi track controlling the instrument would look a bit odd.. I.e. if you just wanted to have four notes in a row, two staccato and two legato or something, even though the notes would be the same exact pitch just different articulation, they would be spread apart on the staff.. multiple octaves apart. Nevermind, I guess I just answered my own question.. Good to know EXS can "sort of" do multiple articulations though. > -----Original Message----- > From: Kurt Heinecke [mailto:kurt.heinecke@...] > Sent: Friday, February 01, 2002 10:22 AM > To: exs-users@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [exs] sample/group editing > > > Update on the suggestions below: > > This technique works great.
