A tip I got from Sascha some time back: set up a midi command for "next instrument", in the EXS preferences. In the EXS load the 1st instrument in your instrument list. In Logic create a short sequence that contains the 'next instr' command just once and assign the track to an EXS instance. Set the sequence to loop (or enable cycle), and press play -- and go and have a long, long coffee break. The EXS will load all instruments in turn, updating the .exs files (re: location of the samples) in the process. Can take a few hours though, if you have many instrument, so you might wwant to do this overnight, or while watching a movie or so. -- Hendrik Jan Veenstra <h@...> Omega Art: http://www.ision.nl/users/h/index.html
