Yes and no.
Get yourself some tool to find duplicate files. On Windows there's Clonespy,
it's free, I bet there must be something similar for Macs as well. The good
(no, even required) thing is that it doesn't only look for names but for
filesizes too (exactly what the EXS does). Clonespy offers an option to move
all doubled files to a folder of your choice - so in the end you don't risk
loosing anything. On Windows you can also move them to your recycle bin, do
the EXS job and after that say "restore" to the samples in your trash.

Apart from that, it's allways a good idea to find doubled samples - very
often you may not need them.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
