It's totally stable. > Gotta agree here. I use an 828 and it's been totally stable. No dropouts, nothing. I'm not crazy about the converters though, so I use a Digimax LT lightpiped to it. I've done long live recording sessions with it, 24bit/44.1 on a windows laptop and it's been totally stable. No clocking problems via lightpipe.
