Hi, I'm having the exact same issues as you've indicated below, 
except with a different instrument. 
Have you resolved it yet?  If so what might the fix be?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
