There don't seem to be any benchmarks dedicated to these applications -- we
have to rely on reports of informal tests from other users - eg how many
sustained voices you can stream from a drive simultaneously. 

If you want some more general benchmarking of ATA and SCSI drive performance
try the Storage Review site. They report measurements of heat and noise
generated,  sustained read/write and access times for all the drives they test
and all of these are very relevant to DAW performance.
