Sure -- some more enhancements would be great.

Give the groups a name instead of the default "Group # X" and they will retain
the name when pasted.

A simple workaround is to reduce the volume on the group to the minimum
setting.

You are using the keycommands for moving zones for this? You can move the key
note with the sample or not depending on which keycommand you use. A one octave
transposition takes about 2 seconds with the keycommands.
